Meet another 2023 beneficiary, Hope Walks, located in the Dominican Republic. Keep reading to learn more about this amazing organization and our 2023 Project of sponsoring 150 children born with clubfoot to receive life-altering treatment.

From Hope Walks “As the largest Christian provider of clubfoot care, we endeavor to take the same approach Jesus did: showing love by serving well and sharing the gospel through what we say and do. We pair quality clubfoot treatment with compassionate care from clubfoot clinic parent advisors while empowering local healthcare workers and educating parents and caregivers. Hope Walks officially became an independent organization in 2019, but grew out of an existing clubfoot program that began in 2006. Since the program began, we have enrolled more than 150,000 kids in clubfoot treatment.”

Our friends at Hope Walks have a passion to serve families and communities who are burdened by clubfoot – a treatable disability. Early treatment is key to successfully eliminating this disability, so the goal of Hope Walks is to begin treatment for all children at a very young age. Hope Walks works within three clinics in the Dominican Republic with a desire to grow their impact. We are excited to raise funds to specifically sponsor 150 children in the program – life-altering treatment is possible!
